These Terms govern your use of Ri-zent Intelligent File Management (the "Service"), provided by Ri-zent ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Ri-zent Intelligent File Management is software that helps you create marketing content and share it to social media accounts you connect, such as TikTok.
2. Your accounts
You connect third-party accounts (for example TikTok) through their official sign-in pages. You are responsible for content you choose to publish and for following each platform's rules, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you create. You give us permission only to process it as needed to provide the Service, such as uploading a video you chose to the platform you selected.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to post spam, illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or to break any platform's rules.
5. Availability
The Service is provided "as is". Third-party platforms may change or limit their features at any time, which may affect the Service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
7. Ending use
You can stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access if these Terms are broken.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll update the date above when we do.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
